Bookly Random

Tagged by Lady of Dragonflies

1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123
3. Find the fifth sentence
4. Post the text of the next 3 sentences on your blog along with these instructions

Don’t you dare dig for that “cool” or “intellectual” book in your closet! I know you were thinking about it! Just pick up whatever is closest, then tag three people.
---

Since I am moving my office and library and stuff there really isn't a close book, so I went even more random and had my son (prince of random) go upstairs and get a book for me.

He brought me Peanuts Treasury.

Would I confuse the sun and the moon? Would I confuse NBC with CBS? Would I confuse the American League with the National League?

Odd all out of context like that huh?

Anyway, not sure which of yall have or have not done this, so please feel to participate, otherwise I'm not going to tag anyone by name.

'Hell, Sam,' he said, 'I got the use of bothmy hands and my tongue - what more do you need to please a woman?''Well, okay,' I said, 'but is there anything she can do for you? Women aren't wired up like men: damn few of them can just take it.' And he gave me that big pirate's grin and said, 'I can't feel a damn thing from my chest down ....nothing good, anyway...but Sam, you wouldn't believe how sensitive my nipples are.'

Callahan's Legacy
Robinson, Spider

I'll bite. :-)

WOW Dragon that is the coolest one!

Man that is super neato.

---
Shadowowl, you are biting? As in the nipples of this character or like you are just gonna participate.

Really cool idea for a post! I love the randomness of it. It's a great way to start a blog discussion too.

Either or both. Are there some nipples that need nibbling?

Otherwise I did the book thing on my blog. http://shadowowl.livejournal.com/

Unfortunately it wasn't nearly as cool as Dragon's. :-)

I played, too!

It was pretty fun to look for something so random Beth, makes one appreciate the differences in what we read.

Dragon's was pretty hard to beat, lots of fun in that set of sentences.

Glad you played Shadow and Joy, and Joy you have a whole meme definition going on, very cool.
