I was invited to a gaming day today, and it was a lovely time. Unfortunately the game, Iron Dragon, had a ton of down time between turns and I had no idea when I went up there.
Had I known I might've brought a book, or a journal, or something else to do between turns. As it was, I got distracted more than once and ended up drawing on myself with some of the vis-a-vis markers we were using for the game.
Most of the company was good (I might have been a bit cranky as the night wore on) and the game seemed like a great deal of fun.
